We spent a relaxing week on vacation the last week of September at Wild Dunes, near Charleston, SC. Our days were spent reading, walking on the beach, relaxing at the pool and playing tennis. Knowing that we wanted to start a family, we suspected that we may have been pregnant, and so on Friday, Sept. 29th, we took a test and were thrilled to find out it was positive. It was so nice to find out on vacation and have time to process the news and talk about the life-changing journey we were starting. We had planned to take some pictures for our Christmas letter, and it was such a fun memory to know that this picture was taken the day we found out we were expecting a little one.
